Can't recall which character it was on, but last week I joined a PUG and brought my monk heros in. Pinged the build and had another player start spamming for me to change to his hero-monk build, which was a construct built around no divine and such amazing skills as healing breeze, mending, and resurrect. I refused of course, but when he persisted and I just wanted to get going I dropped my hero monks and suggested someone else bring theirs (his were only level 16, so in the end I brought mine anyway - on my build).

Also had a PUG leader tell the monk who joined to drop WoH as it was no good and put in Life Sheath instead. I was on my Elementalist at that time, and just clicked the leave button rather than bother with it.

These are however, still isolated events. So man PUGs I join go just perfect as far as monk issues are concerned. Biggest problem I see is too many people wanting Healing monks rather than Protection. That said, even after I ping my Protection build it takes very little to convince them to accept it.

At that point, I'd be thinking about dropping out of the group because you know he was going to rage quit the moment something went wrong.

I've had so many PUGs that started odd but later turned out ok that I usually don't just drop over little matters.

The time I dropped after the PUG leader asked the monk to get rid of WoD was unusual for me. I think I'd just wanted to get past something fast, as I'd done the mission so many times before on other toons, and was watching the clock with my post mission goal in mind.
